50% Encruzado, 35% Bical, and 15% Cerceal.  Built with the rock star native variety Encruzado as the base, this racy little wine is type to grab you by the hand and drag you into a beautifully uncomfortable escapade. Lightly creamy, fun and refreshing, with a backbone of lemon zest, pine needle, green apple, and tangy minerality.  Wet slate, pomelo, pear and enough tension to dance flamenco with any type of seafood.
