The grapes were carefully handpicked from S&W Vineyard in Southern Virginia a short drive from our winery. Native yeast fermentation gives it a distinct character that sets it apart from other sparkling wines.
Notes of strawberry, watermelon, and white pepper. Sparkly and perfectly summery. Aged on the lees for 6 months and disgorged on 3/18/24.
