The Cosmic Blend is a playful interpretation of the Bordeaux type varieties that Les Lunes farms and a perfect counter to our Astral Blend. The blend came about through experimentation with a shorter macerations and shorter aging. This helps to underline and showcase the freshness and fruit character that is so expressive due to our sunny California climate and focused organic farming.
