The Graveirette Bons Ju is a blend of 30% each of Grenache, Marselan and Merlot and 10% Mourvedre fermented and aged in stainless steel and cement vats. The wine pours a mid-ruby red color expressing dark red fruit aromas accented by notes of licorice and eucalyptus. The palate shows lovely finesse and freshness, possessing an abundance of dark fruit (black cherry and cassis) flavors that ride along a spine of vibrant acidity and fine minerality. The finish is long and fruit-forward. Enjoy with carnitas street tacos or baked spiral ham.
