Winemaker's Notes:
A classic blend of Chenin and Chardonnay. This Touraine white has a lovely pale gold appearance and aromas of pear and peach on the nose. A sparkler for all occasions, a delicate brioche note adds a touch of elegance to the finish.
Serve as an aperitif with foie gras and spiced gingerbread, with stuffed mushrooms or with goat’s cheese and fig canapés.
