Brewer's Notes:
It’s the archetypal scene of a young man, arms coated in beeswax and eagles’ feathers, mid-flight. His face is a mixture of pure elation and rapture, but then, as he flies just a little higher, and the wax begins to melt… dawning understanding and fear.
Maybe the young man is us; maybe he is our over ambitious aspirations. Whatever the case, we have dumped far, far too much citrus puree into a golden ale, and for an added kiss of flavor, blended in a touch of our sour base beer.
