From fruit grown on south/south-eastern facing slopes of clay and limestone soils. Aged in steel. In the glass, the wine is a fresh golden yellow. The nose is clean and vibrant, with mint and oystershell, grass and pear, with just a touch of minerally Alpine smoke. Yellow and green apple, lemony citrus, and zippy herbs team up with the wines lovely dose of moderate acidity, resulting in a wine of pure flavors and excellent structural swish. A long finish, powered by an invigorating beam of minerality, ends with lofty flavors of white pepper and mint.
